Software for checking backlinks (loading lists with backlinks)

I need to find a software for checking the back links where I submit my website and to see is the site was approved at this specific address. This software must have the ability to load a list with back links.

My backlinks don't see to show up there compared to other sites. Are they a little slower at showing new links?
