software for batch publishing in blogger?

Is there any application which can do something like thi:
post each and every image from my computer to blogger with the name as the title?

 

You would have to:

1. upload the images to a webserver
2. gather all the image urls
3. create an rss feed with the image html in the content and the image title as the title,
4. Then use a software that can remote publish to blogger (BlogSense is one of them)

That's the best way I could think of if I'm understanding right. But none that can do exactly what your thinking that I know of. Clever though.
