Software Download Wordpress Theme

Hi, can someone help me what wordpress theme is best for software downloads with category?
Can you also suggest what are needed plugins to include...

Theme wise you can pretty much do that with anything. I would grab something responsive from themeforest and slap it together. This is pretty straight forward stuff. Side navigation largely covers this. Downloads are just like posts I would imagine so tabbed boxes and things of that nature are a non issue.

it would be great if you create own themes to make the software download site. because you can get every detail you need. for the purposes of the plugin, you should not too many plugins are used, as more and more plugins are used, queries requested by the client will also be more and more and will aggravate the performance of the server. you should do the coding yourself, and it can reduce the use of plugins. theme changes needed to dowload the software may be just the layout of the site to make it easier to download, ad position, and then the download link. then maybe the number of downloads per file, related software, I think that's it.
