Hi, I am in need of some money and am doing software development. I havn't really gotten a huge portfolio, or even a huge client list. (None from DP, I don't think so) so you would have to go about on my word. I have built (but can't show you since its either too old, or under NDA). My portfolio: Download Software for a hosting company. This person (owner of hosting company I am guessing) wanted a program that would automatically download a specific user's folder. I developed this in VB6. 3 months later, he PM'ed me to extend the program to include downloading the mySQL db data off his servers. A image upload program. This program creates a Shell extension, which puts an "extra" menu in your context menu. The context menu I am talking about is the right click menu. So when you right click a file (image or data), it would say "Upload". At first I distributed this program to upload to my FTP. Then I gave the option to image uploading webmasters to buy this program and brand it for them selves. This program resembles the one imageshack.us has. Time Clock program. This was developed for my small independantly operated real estate office to track there receptionist hours. It did not have a GUI, and was a "command" type program. something like: http://www.linuxsoft.cz/screenshot_img/1494-a.jpg Client Care. This is the only program I can send you a beta for. Please PM me. It has a very nice GUI and deals with a local SQL server. I once owned a virtual betting website. I used to admin it using command line interface and going into the DB directly. It didnt persay have a admin panel. When I decided to sell the site, I create a admin panel software as it was much easier to do it then online. The software handled everything from site settings, bet mangements, comments/news moderation, and user settings. Relating to the point above, the new owner wanted to implement a new feature in. Since I had lost his previous source code, I just created him a new software. What I can do for you? If you own a website that could potentially be monetized using a toolbar, or made better using a toolbar, I can create IE extensions. Please do not ask me to make FF extensions. Not that I can't, I just choose not to. If you want a tool that does a specific job, please contact me. If you have a home project that you might need to use the parallel port for, I can help you with that to create the software that interacts with your parallel cable. These are all examples, so please let me know if you need anything. Do not ask me to do: -Make instant messenger/chat programs. -Parse 1000's lines of HTML to retrieve a word. Unless this process is highly repetetive I won't do it. -Programs that install/contribute with spyware, adware and other crap ass programs that make one's computer slow. Prices start at $50. Technology Used: .NET (VB), and LINQ.
