Looking for some tips on my new blog/site for NachoSoft(dot)com - It uses wordpress. I'm not looking to make it a conventional software site, want it to feel more personal (thats why I chose wordpress so I can get people to subscribe and I can than keep them updated via rss) I like to keep it simple and clean (I will be adding more sidebar items soon)
The site looks attractive with colors and images but the title is too simple, just add some graphics effects on that..
I would move your subscribe to RSS feeds above the header, and the email subscription at the top of the sidebar and keep description on one line (Enter Email I would move the logo to the left side. I would add some recent post widget/links in the sidebar. I would also wrap your text around images and videos on the posts. Spellcheck and grammar issues: NachoSoft is one of the software industries rising companies.
Agree with moving the website logo to the left side, however the design looks okay and the website seems promising
The design is not bad but I think you should move the logo to the left side of the header and make it bigger.
thats for the great comments! I have the text the way it is for seo reasons and I could move the logo to the left side if you all feel it would help
Design is good .. but you may want to add few more graphics and flashy fonts to make it compelling and attractive. Cheers
I find it good. The little large logo on left side would look great. One more thing 'Video Games and Software' is touching lower side of header if you can move little above. Good luck.
(Hmm can not edit my last post must be too old so I'm making a new one) I revamped the header again and hope the site loads even faster now! Anything else?
The site looks too templated with the smooth graphics and the regular text title at the top. The colors definitely work well together, though. I'd add some more flair to the top and get some more eye-friendly graphics on the right-side menu highlighting different areas. Make it more fun. With that name, it should be more personal and fun. Graphics will fill that void.
Hmm, not sure what text to use for my header text than. It has to be real text for seo reasons. I agree the side bar could use a little more, ill try and find a way to make it look better.
