I am currently starting a business. It's going to revolve around an internet service and application. It will be the 2nd or 3rd of it's kind but with my own variations of what is already out. Yes, you definately can, and so can others.. so watchout! Of course, where software is concerned copyright laws apply, but sometimes applying them can be difficult depending on the circumstances
