    No i use automated built in function to grab post from other form that use rss feed so everyday you posts will increase automatically
    if you only need to get only the database i have pm you with my price

    No the vbulletin is not licensed you can either buy a license or you can Converts from vBulletin to phpBB or any free bulletin board

    you can use any Online Advertising Network that accept that kind of content and if you like popup ads that could generate some kind of revenue i'm selling it because i have other sites that i run and i don't have any free time for this site
