    i am selling my software download site as i want to put some other stuffs on it,

    revenue: more than 30% CTR on advertising . currently earning around $45 from adsense and axill per month.

    site is very well listed on MSN and yahoo. but there is no use of mentioning listings as i am not going to sell the domain. I can do a favour, i ll place a link on the home page of my next content site for 6 months who ever purchases this content.

    note: i am not selling domain name... only content is being sold..
