Great list but I think still there are some missings. I add Kwippy, it works like Twitter. Actually a networking site not a bookmarking one.
Here is a list of 500 social bookmarks that we've put together as well, hope it's helpful for some.. There are also some great automated bookmarking programs out that will submit your site to 50+ bookmarking sites. cheers
