Here's my social bookmarking list. The list will help you get many backlinks and some traffic as well. Great for submitting links to inner pages. The list is a work in progress, so check back often as I will add new social bookmarking sites to the list.
Above are the perfect example of socialbookmarking sites. Please register with them and submit your own stories/articles...
As a follow up - does it matter if Google notices your account only links back to your own website? I.e. if your Backflip account only links to the site you are attempting to promote? I'm not sure if their search algo is that complicated - I have a feeling it is but I didnt know if it was worth investing the time to add quite a few additional items in the social bookmarking accounts.
Google is very good at picking up linking patterns. Having many links to the same URL on your member page is not good. I would suggest creating a new account for each link you submit to the same SB site. Some will not permit this because of IP restrictions. But most do not block based on the number of accounts per IP. The above reason is why I am not a big fan of SB services. It is unknown how often they create new accounts, and many of the accounts have the same name for hundreds of SB sites. Make your SB links look natural, and the search engines will give you the most SEO benefit. Write good descriptions and anchor text that points to quality pages, and SB site owner will be pleased. Happy link building!

Here is a great way to perform social bookmarking to multiple sites at one... talk about a time saver! OnlyWire was a cool tool i found. The initial signups for all the accounts is time consuming, but it definitely cuts the time it takes to do each manually. hope it helps
