Is there any software that can create accounts on a bunch of different social networking websites?

Social networking websites update their code and most of the time these automatic method banned you very fast. Also most of them them have captcha code so its better to go the old way.

There is something that is a Common ID I forget what the site is, but it was to make life easy, personally I registered our brands just to lock them up on the social sites so others could not use them.

I don't think it have coz they robot cannot read the captcha thus cannot complete the registration.
Why don't you go to freelance site then hire people to create account for you.

I don't think have such tools unless you just want to spam on those weakness&small social websites such as Pligg sites which has been hacked already.

automatic method banned you very fast.
    For example Twitter:

If you tweet too often directing traffic to a website, it is considered spam. Spam will have you banned from Twitter. You need to make sure that you tweet about things other than your website, and adding value to the community by using Twitter not just to direct traffic for financial purposes.

I personally would not use an automated twitter service very much. Only to set up the occasional tweet when you are asleep.
