Social networking sites such as Digg and Shoutwire keeps on banning my account and offers no reason at all. They just give links to their TOS agreement and as I read it, I see no wrong thing that I did.

Is there a limit to the number of articles you can submit to such sites?

If you are submitting your own websites and too many article from same website, digg (and others) are likely to ban you. Try to submit stories from popular news outlet to balance your submissions.

Good advice. Spread out your submissions and throw if a few other site as well. Just submitting a load of your site at once for seo purposes (if this is what you're doing) is not what these sites want.
