    Do you mean post to all your social media profiles at once? If you are using Wordpress, you can search for plugins that do the job. Otherwise, there are other programs like HootSuite, Jarvee etc. that can probably do it.

    Also, I believe you can use IFTTT (If This Then That - https://ifttt.com) This may work for you. It's a free app.

    there is no free software my friend. But you can use this one for free but it's limited the number of group you can post each time, i don't know go check it your self https://www.simplefbautoposter.com/
