I work for a venture capital company who is in the process of negotiating a capital investment in to an existing Social Networking Website. I am trying to find an individual or a web development company, preferably with experience in the Social Networking space, to act as our third party consultant during our due diligence period and, at the end of the engagement, to provide us a brief executive summary on the merits of the website. The main objective is to offer us a third party evaluation of the website and its strengths and weaknesses as a business. I am looking for someone with experience in website development and previous working experience at a start up web venture. Experience with Social Networking websites is most definitely a plus.
