I think it looks somewhat cheap and with that pic on homepage targeted to very young kids. Im not sure what your trying to do with this site but the way it is I will be suprised if you get off the groung competing with myspace and facebook and the thousands of other sites just like yours.
I think you would've been better off using PhpFox. It has many features for users to have a mess around with, not to mention various, versatile skins. Plus a lot of communities who develop mod's features for it. Also, if you're an ace at php, why not completely do over the site yourself.

Nice site, now comes the hard part...marketing it. Maybe get a different theme as the youtube scripts all come with the same themes, you gotta be different.
