Selling Social Networking Forum, Amazing Domain, Unique Design!!

Hello Everyone,

After months of development and time and effort being put into this site I have decided it is time to sell it as I simply don't have the expertise or time to run this site alongside all our other companies.

The domain: www.FriendsNu.com is an abbreviation of 'Friends And You' and has recently been valued at the low end of $XXX by a professional appraisal company, not Estibot!!

The design is 100% unique and cost us $400, along with coding which coding and installation which cost $200.

So the design and coding alone has cost us $600.

The site has not been advertised at all, so it is basically a start up, you will be buying a 100% unique website.

vB license can be included if you want but prices will vary.

I have also written a 2 page professional business plan which I can send you to give you some ideas about the site, how to best promote it, how to make money from it, and we can provide up to 6 months support after the sale of the website.

The site is getting roughly 100 UV's per month, which is basically nothing, but not bad for a site that has not been promoted, or even advertised anywhere!

Now for the prices:

I am looking for reasonable offers/bids and the domain is worth a lot in itself, so make a reasonable offer/bid!

If you want to be guaranteed a secure transaction then we're able to provide a contract for the deal, and also possibly include some related domains.

I'd be willing to accept $250 but I am still undecided as to whether i'll sell the vB license!
