Suggestion Social Networking exchanges

    Since we finally have a forum for Social Networking can we get a child forum for exchanges??

    i.e. Myspace friend add requests, stumble/digg exchanges, etc.

    I know these exchanges are against the rules right now but I was under the impression that they were banned because they were filling up the BST forums. If they have their own place it shouldn't be an issue.
