I've posted this as a project on elance, but I thought I'd try and find someone here... I need a social networking site built, the site will be somewhat similar to 43things.com but with many different features. This could be a big job, I'm not sure which is why I initially want to talk to a developer about my ideas and implementation before we go ahead. I'm looking for someone who I can be in contact with at least every 24 hours, if not more (especially in the initial phases). No real time limit, the most important part is being able to talk to you (instant messaging) in the next few weeks. If you make a bid, I'll probably get talking to you about the project and we'll see how we'll proceed. This idea is in the very early stages and I need to talk to a developer first, this isn't a job where you can just start working straight away.
