Selling Social Network Site 2500 Members PR1 - 5 Years Old

I'm thinking of selling my Social network site 9xz.org, with 2500 members it currently is PR1. I'm asking 300 OBO for it, that is including the script as well as all ad dons, I'm also willing to sell the site without the script, the domain was created in 2006 so it is 5 years old.

I bought site thinking I can run it but it has been neglected for a while now and just needs someone willing to commit more time to it and advertise it more
I used to make around 20 dollars per day on it when I promoted it so I'm sure you can do better
