Hey, I'm looking for general feedback on our social media marketing tool: http://hudson-digital.co.uk/toolbox I won't say much more as I'd like to leave it open for people to report bugs/user difficulties they experienced and give any suggestions of priority features. IMPORTANT - The system does NOT and will NEVER post to your social accounts unless you specifically request it to do so. For example if you were to create a status update yourself or send a friend a message. Feedback and suggestions appreciated.
Here's a bit more detail on the system: -Segment your audience -Analyzing individual user sentiment (Good, Bad, Neutral) based on their status updates, comments, mentions, re-tweets, etc that mention you. (The above two allow you to manage your reputation by providing customer service to unhappy customers and also identify your brands evangelists and put them to work!) - You can also see location data for your users and in the future will be able to segment your audience by locations and contact regional groups of users with offers, etc. - You can track your reach (total friends/followers), interactions, clicks and overall engagement allowing you to actually see whether your posting and friend request are resulting in high reach, better communication or increased CTR. I just wanted to get feedback at this early stage to see if we can make the site easier to use and prioritise features... and bugs of course!
