    Perhaps put a little bit more effort in than spending 5 mins installing phpbb with default theme.

    Much better if you'll change from PhPBB to VBulletin CMS. lots of SEO forums like Digital Point Forum, Website Babbles Forum, and BZImage Forums have same format of forums.
