Selling Social Media Exchange, PR2 Established with traffic and revenue! 300k Alexa!

Hey guys, I'm selling my social media exchange site. I had big plans for this but between school and bills I haven't been able to secure the necessary funding to really make big money with this site. I bought this site a dew months ago when it was getting around 50UV's/day and now with a bit of promotion I've been able to get around 150UV's/day now unfortunately the CTR on Adsense is rather poor as the site isn't heavily monetized through adsense.
