First I will say stop focusing all your time on social marketing and turn to seo, because seo is something you can control my friend..try networking with people in your field to grow your site and do some guest posting.
Building a good community around whatever you're trying to promote is the best way. You can do this on Twitter easily by following people in your Niche. Use sites like WeFollow.com or listorious.com to find people in your niche.
Create a group or community pages, related to your site and add them other peoples, one of this way your can promote your site .... Thanks
