Social Marketing Guru Needed! Pay based on performance

We are seeking a (read single, one, uno!) social media marketing guru to help take our latest project to the next level. The site we have already converts very easily and at about a 60% success rate so far! We need to help expand online presence however by the means of social web marketing.

If you are great in the usage of Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Social Media sites then this job is for you.

We will be paying based on your performance! If you will be paid 15% of all total sales that the site converts! That means if the site makes $1 you make .15 cents. If it makes $1000 you make $150 plus the bonus!

Here is how the pay is based! The more the site sales, the more you make!

$1 - $1000 - 15% of total revenue
$1001 - $2000 - 25% of revenue plus an extra $200 bonus for hitting the $2k mark!
$2001 - $4000 - 40% of revenue plus an extra $300 bonus! (Plus the $200 bonus for 2k! Thats an easy $900 extra income!)

Payouts are once per month currently. You will be given access to the analytic's data so you can see how much traffic we are generating and so you can monitor your social media traffic generation. You will also be sent a sales report at the end of the month with the total earnings for the company so you can the earnings and know how much you'll be paid.

Payments are via Paypal Only currently, though we will do moneybookers for highly qualified candidates if needed.

*We are not looking for SEO work. We can currently do that ourselves!
