I'm looking for a social media follower module like the one in the sidebar at http://www.android-advice.com. The one there is a wordpress plugin but I would like one that can be added to a static site. Any thoughts would be great. In the mean time I am going to try and convert the one at Android Advice to be stand alone instead of a plugin but if anyone knows of something already out there it would be very helpful.
