Social Bookmarks not indexed in Google Webmaster Tools

Hello, I've been doing some testing to get rank for determining my article, so I sent to several social bookmarks, but the google webmaster tools only indexed 2 social bookmarks because it?

First, when did you create these links? And where they at different places?

My first thought is that Google simply has not indexed them yet, as spiders tend to treat each link separately. It's also possible the links are no-followed.

Social bookmarks don't all get indexed unless you help them along, submitting the profile rss feed of the bookmarking site to rss directories is a good start, pinging them isn't enough.

I think even google have said that just because your backlinks dont show in webmaster tools doesnt mean they are not aware of them, you are better off using index checking software to check if google has indexed the pages your links are on.

how long did you do that? If its just yesterday it won't show that fast it need to be index by google which take 3 days or a week be patient just do your job and the rest will follow.

yes, you'll get much better results, I also do this for my forum profile links.

Google is very strict when it considers a link as a backlink. This is why you see so many more backlinks in yahoo than in webmaster tools.

Socially bookmarking is good, try other ways to build backlinks. Blog commenting is really easy but again these are weak backlinks

 

first of all you need to make sure that all the social bookmarking sites were do follow and secondly when did you submit it?

 

yes I'm just using dofollow SB, 1 post received a backlink from a SB, only that most of the backlinks that did not appear until today ..

 

Try yahoo site explorer, you might get good backlinks from that. A bookmark is not listed in the backlinks means still the submitted path didn't cached. Submit your bookmark in the cached area.

 

You are not understanding me, I sent some stories to social bookmarks but I do not see the update google webmaster for it. ping help to index?
