social bookmarking is just bookmarking your favorite website in online. for that you need to register in social bookmarking site like netvouz.com etc., to bookmark a website by giving a note about it.

- submit your links to related categories. - find friends - get involve in groups and post interesting content - try for a while more bookmark website and check which is getting you the most traffic
It's all about picking the right category and having your site voted enough times/saved enough times for your target keyword.
You can also pay people to submit your site. I mean, literally there are dozens (over 100) bookmarking sites out there, 100 social websites, and countless directories and video sites where links can be obtained from. It's a freaking hassle to find them all and submit. Two things I like to do (and it's been a success). First thing is knowing where to post. Second, HIRE someone to actually post your website to these sites! It may cost you a few hundred, but it's well worth it if you value your time. Hi... It would be good to know which Social Bookmarking sites 'worked' for you... I'm interested in going more towards web 2.0 but what slows my approach is that I feel the learning curve will be substantial and it will burn lots of time trying to build a worthwhile profile... But... I think it has to be done... it's the way of the future for sure... Martin
Most of the sites use the rel=nofollow tag on links these days so it's not so great for SEO. However, they're great for getting your URLs noticed and your website brand known. So if you're afraid of the dreaded 'Google Slap' using Social Bookmarking sites can be an insurance in terms of getting organic traffic to your site.
each time you post something on the blog, just submit it the sb sites. dont forget to put sb script to the blog/sites so it's easy to submit them.
