Can someone explain to me how this works? I have a list of good Social bookmarking sites but I dont understand what I need to do. Do I post my articles on this site? Do I get to have a signature? How does this help with SEO? Your knowledgable information would be appreciated.

Once you submit your articles they are put on the network of the site you submitted to. Say you use Digg, when someone reads your article and if they like it they can "digg it". The more digs you have, the more popular that article is, if you make the front page you will see A LOT of traffic to your site. Keep in mind it is extremely hard to do this. The social bookmarking sites are a great way to get backlinks when other people read your articles and post them on there site.

I would try doing one article (the same one) on all the sites and see which sites actually send you traffic... i tested a few, and the only one that sent me traffic was digg
