social bookmarking

    I'am am trying to understand how social bookmarking works.
    You sign up with a site like delicious.
    Then I add a link on my site so someone can add my site to delicous.
    Now my site will be added to the many thousands of sites in delicious.
    How does someone find my site (blog) to link back ?
    Is social bookmarking like search engines ?

    You "bookmark" a site and attract ppl to your network that has the same interests. You get the word out through the ppl in your network about your site.

    Bookmark it at hundreds of sites. You can pay someone to do it for you in the BST section. Yeah, I'm trying to raise my post count so I can post there.
