    Actually, a lot of these sites have quite a high PR and it is not that hard to get a PR on your profile (and favorites) being active in submitting, voting and making friends.
    A PR 5-6 internal page in a PR8 website is not that bad. Now multiply... ;)

    yup, it does help in increasing your PR. :)
    Much better if you sign up on a popular social bookmarking sites such as digg, fark, propeller, stumbleupon,reddit and a lot more.

    I think sociial bookmark does not improve pr, but that it will increases traffic.
