    I found an incredible tool that lets your current members post bulletins and messages to Facebook, MySpace, Hi5 Orkut and Friendster. This site plug in will even grab all the members contacts from all the freemail providers, and send them an intro and link to your site.

    By using the SocialInviter portion of the tool --- you can actually build your backlinks from these sites - a real bonus for sure!

    - but I like the idea of an exchange.. maybe some more information would be nice..
