I have a few doubts. 1. Is it advisable to submit your page to the Top 25 Bookmarking Sites only (or) to 100, 200,... or so sites. If your answer is - Top 25 bookmarking sites only, then provide me suggestions on how it is helpful to you. 2. Say, you want to submit an article (page) - "How to improve your Google Rankings". Would you submit it to Tipd (I think it's a Financial Bookmarking site) & HealthRanker (i think it's a Heath Related bookmarking site). Because both of these are found in SocialMarker. (or) Would you Just submit to the one's relevant to your topic or General Sites. Thanks.
I would submit to as many as possible, social marker also gives you the option to choose from the best according to them, do follow, and other options as well. The more exposure the better in my opinion
I usually rotate my submission with software. But if you are doing it manually, try digg, stumbleupon, folkd, and larger ones.
Bookmark your pages only to social bookmarking sites with high PR, traffic and popularity. Remember, SB is primarily designed to boost site traffic.

you may start to collect all social bookmarking website right now, and categories them in their PR. hopefully i can able to collect it from now onward. will share with you guys soon
I think the main thing with social bookmarking (as with all social influence marketing) is that it has to have integrity. If you post stories onto sites that will not interest the other people on there and make them Digg or Bookmark themselves. If you post stories that are of no interest to the user or do not have any integrity then there is very little point in doing it and it can just be a massive waste of time. HTH

I suggest you submit with many sites as you can. Cause there is a bigger possibilities of being able to top with a greater link of social bookmarking sites.
