    The site is running on Pligg v1.0 and it is the original site of the free "joontz" template.

    It gets lot of traffic from the Pligg forum (http://forums.pligg.com/pligg-templates/19242-joontz-free-template.html).

    The traffic is increasing (see the Alexa rank and take into account that the site is only two months old: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/joontz.com).

    There is some revenue, but I don't have a channel for this site (I'm using the same ads code on many websites). Please consider that the site is not monetized and use your own judgment to estimate its potential.

    The sale includes the full ownership of the template (you can change the links in the footer and continue distributing it or do anything else you want).

    The site is still for sale. It was offline for a few days because of hosting outage, and now I was thinking to open a new auction. If you want the site it can be yours. The other site in my signature is also for sale and I'm taking any offers for it.
