I tried Social bookmarking submission service (100 Unique Social Bookmarks submission) but didnt get any new links from google after submission. Is these kind of services worth it and i just found wrong guys or its just a waste of time?
Sometimes you may have to wait a while before your backlinks show up in google, that does not mean it's useless, social bookmarking is an effective form of linkbuilding.

It DOES take a bit of time, sometimes. Wait a couple more weeks and then see what you've got. Some of these are Do Follow Social Bookmarking sites, so there is no reason why they wouldn't work.
it takes time for them to be indexed you can make it faster if you have some networking friends who can bookmark those too to increase the score
google migh take month or 2 to update the backlinks. try yahoo site explorer which will give you faster result
In my opinion it takes one 1 to 2+ months to get back linked on SEs. Get 100's of social networks quality back links FREE at: One Way Links
You will eventually get the do-follow links listed in Google..... Just give it time and make sure that they are all approved and not deleted!
Like everyone else said, it takes some time but will eventually show up. Try looking for the links in yahoo meanwhile.
If you're going to use Social Bookmarking it's really something that you need to build into your regular linkbuilding efforts. You can get software that can help you do this relatively cheaply and will provide a nice steady flow of social bookmarks without looking too spammy. We've noticed that not all SB sites will show up in your back-link profile . . . but that doesn't necessarily mean that they haven't been counted. Don't just rely on SBs though. You need to get a whole range of different types of links!
You already see your links, so the person has done his/her work correctly. Now it's upto google to index these pages. It can take a couple of months before they show up in webmaster tools.
Yep absolutely agree You need a whole suite of Link Building services like manual directory submissions, forum posting, social bookmarking, article submissions etc for effective linkbuilding. Much like Team of Rivals concept of Obama's Cabinet
