how can i embed social bookmarking site logos like technocrati,diggs,stumbleupon in my blog?Is it against SEO rules to get traffic?Do we get a good traffic from such sites?
Yes it is....me too using addthis for my blog.......and its not against SEO rules and help users to bookmark your link quickly if they really like it.....
If you are providing your visitors what they want then no body can ban you. But when any search engine start to feel that you are just promoting your site/blog without any relevant information then it may harm your site or blog

Having these bookmarks are on your site isnt so helpful in my opinion if your not making a presence on the bookmarking sites in general. But that is just my opinion.

Social bookmarking sites can be good for short bursts of traffic, and if it gets people blogging about your site that can be good too. I have links to the 'main' ones at the bottom of my posts, and a 'digg this' button at the top. They don't get used all that much, unfortunately, but I think it's nice to have them there, and the few times they do get used it's worth it.
