Social Bookmarking Sites Being Deindexed?

    I use social bookmarks (alot) to backlink my backlinks. This post says many are being removed from Google. Is there any truth to this?

    Page rank matters. If page rank is more then 2 then Google bot will indexed the bookmarking site. the Page rank is 0 then no use of the submission of the site because webmaster will delete the links after few days.
