    i am planning to start a social bookmarking site using Pligg..

    Am gonna have similar categories to Digg.. But am planning to add a adult softcore section.. wherein softcore adult sites can submit their links.

    The adult section would only be for the Registered users and not for the public..

    Now, Is this against the google TOS? If it is, is there a way i can work around this? Like disable google ads in the Adult category only..

    I think you can't put Adsense on websites that have adult material, period. I'd say go without the Adult section.

    Its clearly stated in their program policies. Disabling the ads in the adult category wont work as they have stated sites displaying google ads and not pages displaying google ads.

    solution: same, go without adult section.

    google does not like any types of adult.
