Up for sale here is an established social bookmarking site,cubeglobe [dot] com. The website has a Google pagerank 0 and an Alexa rank around 26k.

Actually i bought this one here about one and a half year ago,you can try to search the sale thread on the forum search function.

The website has 33,653 registered members and 122,405 stories submitted (as of 9th June 2011) by the users and growing each day.

This website need zero maintenance,you just need to paste your adsense code and then just see the income coming.I only checked maybe once a week just to make sure everything is working.

Revenue Details

Since i owned this site and put my adsense code in it,i already earned about $300.My first income date is on 7th Feb 2010 and the adsense's income increase month by month due to increase of traffic.Well,i'm sure you can get more income if you put some time in SEO and backlinking..i'm a full time worker,so don't have time to study how to do the SEO.

I already attached all the details as attachments here.Everything is solely from adsense.

The Adsense code is stored in separate files, so all you have to do is to copy/paste your code in the files.

Traffic Details

I get around 2.5k pageviews each day with about 350-400 UV per day.Most of the traffic are coming from India followed by US,Bangladesh,Philippines and Pakistan.Well,can help though,since this is a social bookmarking site,i think they use this site for SEO(backlinking) purpose.You can see all the traffic detail from the attachments below.

Hosting

I host this site on hostgator hatchling package,and since this website is the only website that i host there, i'll give the login detail to the buyer,so the buyer can decide whether to continue with hostgator or move to their own host.A good shared hosting plan should enough for the job.

i only have a mobile broadband connection,so can't help with the transfer,but most hosting provider offered migration service for free.Just ask them to do it for you.


Domain
The domain is hosted at Name.com,so free push to other Name.com account.

Hold on,i'm still trying to figure out what is the error here.

EDIT:well,i think the problem is when i try to verify the site and i mess up with the domain dns.I already fix this one,but the domain still not fully propagated back to the old one,so let see what happen after a few hours.

Yeah,i already contact Hostgator,and they said everything is ok and ask me to wait 48hrs to let the domain propagating back to normal,but since i don't want my website to be down for too long,now i'm transferring the site to other hosting.
until then,this sale is put on hold

actually,some people(including me) still can view my site since i still can see some people posting there and also from the google analytics,i still see some visitors to my site.

 

I cancel the sale until i fix the problem.
