    The site pagerank is PR0 (this is not the same as "no page rank"). The site is indexed by Google.

    I have never promoted this site other than posting it at www.social-bookmarking-sites-list.com (free listing). The traffic is increasing each month with zero promotion :)

    2. can your site be localized and language changed to unicode?

    The script is www.pligg.com (free and open source). I sell the site as is, I'm not distributing copies of it.

    Never paid for traffic. See my previous post.

    This site require very low server resources. The files only takes a few MB of storage and the database is 13MB.
