Social bookmarking question

    When you bookmark your page in a social bookmark site (eg del.ico.us, digg), will others could see it in bookmark site pages?... Do we need to submit all new articled to social bookmark sites to increase visibility?

    Other people will be able to see your submissions on bookmarking sites. You should submit your articles to social bookmarking sites to help get traffic

    Is del.icio.us effective? I can see my articles are favorited by other people too... what is the best social bookmark or most effective by the way?
