First read social bookmaking site rules. And try hard to find nay spacial char or adult content is there.
it is possible in rare case ...just check ur URL carefully if ur URL is too long or if ur site is in maintenance then its possible
Are you make sure your site url is working? if yes then try again to submit and copy your url from browser.
I have 2 site made in yola.com. it's create error when i bookmark these urls. error is URL is invalid or blocked site is ok and shows on google with keywords. anybody can solve this error.

It should probably be something that is against their rules , may be adult related or betting or any stuff
It's definitely showing problem due to their rules, something happen which is really against their rules like as above mentioned issue.
