I would do some on-page optimization to it - look at your title tag - it may not be in the correct niche.

Yeah they definitely help with indexing as well as getting your site known.

 

I must say you entered the very crowded and competitive arena, there are hundreds if not thousands of bookmarking websites and if you are really looking to become relatively popular in this niche, you have to come up with something new and innovative that will potentially draw a lot of loyal visitors and followers and thus create a base for monetizing your efforts.
