Social Bookmarking for SEO - Does it Work

I am wondering if anyone can answer my question as if you use the top dofollow SBM sites to increase your SERPs, can you add anchor text to the book marks, if so is ut using html? Such as <a href=????

Or is this frounded upon?

 

Social Bookmarking can get your site indexed fairly quickly. also, if you submit to dofollow bookmarking sites, then you also get some backlinks. however, use it wisely. as long as you are not submitting to 1000 Pligg sites, you are fine

 

I have done a lot of sooial bookmarkings, but I have noticed that it has some positive effects on small SEO campaigns, but minimal on large ones.

No you can not enter html code. You enter 3 things: Title, Description and tag. Your title is an anchor text
