Social bookmark for RSS Feeds?

I was wondering, is there any social bookmark for rss feeds?
Like digg people on can submit page per page, but what I want is people can login and submit their rss feeds website then their website link feeds can be displayed there?

hey jimmy123, i understand what you are saying but i never saw that kind of website so far. Once you submit your RSS Feed to any website it updates automatically when your website updates. I know few websites where you can submit your feeds to get update quickly.

What are the benefits of an RSS feed social network?

 

You can add your RSS feed to squidoo lenses and hub pages, there are some more I can not think of right now. Will let you know if it comes to me.
