    You can find on these sites categories like Tools and there you can find "savebuttons" or so. For example on del.icio.us you can find these links here http://del.icio.us/help/savebuttons and on digg.com is there a "Integrate digg buttons" - http://digg.com/tools/integrate.

    Then you just place the code to your site and your visitors can submit your site or article to these sites.
