I think its just all promotion. Anyways! Learning the basic in SEO if enough, you can grow by getting into forums like DP. Forums helps us to grow and learn more things about something.
Well it's all about money isn't it? When you have money you buy 100 domains on good servers, then hire web designers to make good sites, aferwards you order to write 100 articles to each sites link between them and link 100 articles on each of these sites. You spend huge amount of money and have 1st place in google The question is - do you want to risk?
Thanks, for mentioning SEO Chat they are a very good source of information. We warned they are rough on beginners which I believe is sad because the site is very useful otherwise.
