So where do I spend some marketing money/time

I am developing few site mainly to promote my other sites.
so I finished one more site, http://www.southasianrecipe.com/ , I already got Pr3 but I want to expand it more and ready to spend some money or time.

If I want to $50 today what would be smart way to spend:

1) have someoone post on related forums with signature
2) link to related site(of cource I need to buy links)
3) Optimize my site more to regular search will come..

Yes, I agree - use AdWords. You're using AdSense, so you can do a bit of arbitrage.

Most importantly, that $50 will show you what people are most interested in, and you can create more of those pages, to maximize your AdSense income.

Very inexpensive market research.
