I have recently been looking at some sites that have expired domains listed that supposedly have PR, I know of a site that can detect if a page rank is fake and just about all the domains im finding are showing up as fake. So whats the deal with that I don't see why an expired domain, which holds no value to anyone besides the next person who registers it, would have a fake pagerank. Was it that the previous owener faked the pagerank and then just let the domain expire? I am honestly more concerned with traffic stats and backlinks just because I know that a more definitive answer for a domains value with all these fake PR domains.
