When did the new rule come in that we cannot lower the price on an item we are selling?

I've seen Moderators do this in the past, and 1,000's of members do it daily. Can someone give me a link to the new rules.

A moderator told me today we have to start a new thread instead of lowering the price, however the old rules state "don't post duplicate threads" which reposting the same thread with a price alteration would constitute.

I believe you are allowed to lower the BIN once. Serial 'BIN bumping' is not permitted.

I definitely remember Smyrl saying it was permissible to lower the BIN once. I shall just hunt out the post and link to it here.

So, how many "crying" threads have you started now? I said that you're not allowed to post in a row and count down the price.

The more "crying" threads you start the more infractions you'll get. That doesn't only apply to you, but to everyone else.
