Did not know about this until multiple people have gotten banned for not having one. I just copied and pasted the one Google suggested. Is that enough? And does it have to be reached from every page, or just the home page?
They are taking about the Privacy Policy that you got to have on your website . you can set one up and link all your sites to one PP page. To insert a about us, privacy policy and terms and condictions will give you a beter adsense quility score aswell
Does anyone have a link for this, I thought it just needed to be on the site eg on the home page Cheers
You only need a PP on your website! It is good to have links to your pp,tob, contacts on all your pages that way the spider index your web pages beter and faster toubble nav bar work real good, a nav bar where ever you feel it will look good and a nav bar at the buttom of your website. If your site is index fast and the spider fins it easy to read the double nav bar will be a bounes. Makeing search friendly pages is a key factor in running a website.
PP is needed on index page. You can look at mine http://www.yowallpapers.com/policy.html The thing is your PP link must be well visible to the visitors.
First of all its good protocol to have a pp at least 10% or more vistors look at them especialy if you are selling product it covers you and gives comfort for the visitor.
It's not really new; Google changed the Terms and Conditions to require this last February (and you had to accept the new terms to access your account). There was a lot of discussion about it here at DP and elsewhere on the web at that time. A quick search will turn up some useful posts, including sample privacy policies. https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms Here is one sample to get you started: http://www.jensense.com/2008/03/05/...-policy-sample-for-adsense-publishers-to-use/
haha i just herd about it. this is what i did http://www.finance-maker.com/privacy-policy/ and i put it on my other sites. i just used most of googles text.
You need to have PP on all the pages..so its better to just add it in footer or sidebar of your site...
